This is built on the movie in Chapter 12. Note the additional set of buttons in the Pacific Ocean. It is now possible to Stop and Restart (Play) the movie and to Turn Off (Stop) and Trun On (Play) the sound. The sound in this movie
I also fixed the movie so that it will only play once.
You can repeat the movie by pressing play.
Lessons Learned - Sound movie clips need to be more than one frame long or it will not be possible to turn on the sound by using gotoAndPlay(1). Performance was very uneven with streaming sound so did not use it.
